Orchestra parents: my almost 6yo has asked me near daily for the last month to buy him a Cello so he can learn to play.

What do I do? Is it even worth it to begin at that age? I know you have to get a specialized size for people his age... can you rent them that small? Or will I just need to buy new ones periodically as he grows until he can play a full size one?
