Also, it's one valley up, but Oeschinen Lake is INCREDIBLE and worth the drive/
train if you like hiking at all. Go up to Kandersteg and then take the gondola up.

Ditch Interlaken and go to Lauterbrunnen. I've been to both and Lauterbrunnen was magical and so much more enjoyable
