If criteria as cited is of relative importance, Houston scores #1-2 on geography, #2 on budget, #2-3 on attendance, #3-4 on national brand, and #3-4 on eyeballs on TV.
Their black mark is not bringing in a new market. May be a kiss of death but otherwise they are stronger then UCF, UConn, Memphis and maybe (other than snuggling up to WVU) Cincy.
