and then slice it up thin and marinate in Korean BBQ sauce for perfect Korean BbQ/yakiniku.

Don't know how a red-eat meater can not be a fan of tri-tip. It is by far the easiest thing to cook

Um.. up until 1950 the Tri-Tip was considered junk meat (ground up or used as stew meat)
