I wouldn't describe me as anything like that
The men in my family have broad shoulders and are tall. I by no means am some outlier specimen. And I've spent my time on the overweight side--a couple decades ago I was at 240.
BMI is a flawed metric. It works for a subset of people, but ignores a bunch of things like genetic build, muscle mass, etc.
