I am not an NFL lineback or anything close to it
BMI says I should be under 170 and my healthy range is all the way down to 140. I'd look like a Holocaust victim if I dropped that low.
At 190 my stomach is flat and my wife says my face looks "gaunt" at 185. I only hit 190 if I am active and eating well. So that is kind of my target weight. But I am "overweight" according to BMI.
