My thinking is that it took 3 straight bad seasons
before they cut Gary Crowton loose, and he put the program in jeopardy with the BoT.
I figure Sitake has AT LEAST 2 more losing seasons before his seat even starts warming up.

Try to keep in mind that BYU has been at a recruiting disadvantage compared to other P5 teams by being an Indy program.

IMO, most of that falls on Lamb & Tuiaki's recruiting. Fortunately, both are gone. Let's see what happens going forward.
