Sure, if you want to be myopic. I spent over 30 years in BSA and none of the YM
in any of the programs reported experiencing any abuse (that I've ever been made aware of). Do you believe these individuals prone to abuse boys suddenly stopped just because they couldn't be BSA leaders? They're out there in some other medium.
