runnincoug Intervention Needed

I love my running vest and I can strap poles to it and put my food/drink packets in the pack. I got mine at Runners Corner in Orem, but there are many varieties, and some will carry poles.

Excellent sleep and hydration in advance. Have a plan for sudden issues: weather, injury, etc. Redundant buddy system.
