go to State Farm's website. They have a fully automated claim section where you
can login and look at it. (I know because someone just crashed into me and had state farm insurance and that is where I went to resolve it).

I'm guessing they'll hope you'll respond to their email and they'll claim you can settle out of court for a fee.
