I've lived in both places and disagree with 1,2, but you are right on 3.
The food was awful. Examples: hot browns, "queso" on everything
Culture wasn't great. Just bourbon, homerism (they only like other Kentuckians), and poor diets.
Cost of living was less. You can get a much better house for a lot less money there. But then you have to live in Kentucky.

I’ve spent much time in Kentucky… it’s got great food and lots of obese people. Greenery is nice. But Utah >>> Kentucky
