Happened while I was at BYU, driving south from Salt Lake on I-15 and was almost to Provo. It was late Sunday night and not much traffic and I was going about 10 over the speed limit in the left lane. The cop pulled me over and I was sure I was going to get a speeding ticket, instead he gave me a warning and told me "Son, it's against the law to impede the flow of traffic here in Utah."

My guess is he just didn't like my Texas license plate, or he was looking for drunk tourists as this happened during the Olympics.
