Although I do not look at chat rooms or message boards, some of my freinds let me know what was being said about me on your board and I felt like I needed to respond. I have read most of your comments and I would be lying if I said that I didn't care what some of you thought. Although I did not swear, the word I used was inappropriate and I apologize. I stood up in Priesthood meeting today and apologized to the young men I teach, their fathers, and the rest of the brethren. I realize that in the position I am in, it is important for me to set a good example and I have been striving to do so my entire career at Utah. My testimony and my faith are the most important things to me in the world and I make sure my boys know that. I don't excuse myself in the least for the things I said and for those of you who feel that I am a disgrace or that I should have my recommend pulled, I am sorry you feel that way. Out of respect for the privacy of my wife, I have taken my phone number off of this post, but I hope that my actions in the future will help change your negative opinions of me. Thank you.
