Car going straight through an intersection ALWAYS:
1: Has the right of way ... a turning car must yield to the first car going straight through the intersection.

2 On a 4 way intersection: The car on your RIGHT has the right of way going through the intersection when 2 or more directions have stopped at about the same time.

A car that is turning left must always yield to a car going straight through ANY intersection.

A high profiel vehicle or a very small compact driven by a girl talking on a cell phone should always be given space to do whatever they intend to do. Getting paint matched on a repaired body panel is a real problem.
