I did make some assumptions on broadcasts
1) assuming Idaho St will be on BYU-TV
2) assuming it will be ESPN with ESPN3 for Hawaii (press release only says one of the ESPN networks)
3) assuming the AF Bowl will also be on ESPN3
I did not make any other assumptions as the rest are officially announced.
