I got that the Big East solution was something ESPN wanted more than anything else. He didn't say BE or BYU were actively pursuing it.

Bluebrotha doesn't come on here to set things straight very often, but he's got to feel bad that the BYU -> Big East idea was what everyone took from his post.

He verified schedule rumors involving Syracuse as well as talked about how BYU is working on contingency basis for current Big XII bowls for when BYU is good, but not enough for a BCS bowl. The Big East was something he didn's see as necesarily likely or preferrable to independence.
