B10 payout is misleading. SEC & B12 are diff
The rights UT has for their network are what B10 schools give up. UT gets 12 mil for this, Florida gets 10 currently through Sun Sports, and OU currently has a 7.5 mil deal.
B10 network funnels 6.5 mil/yr to schools for this so their normal take home for their top rights is 16 mil.
