nobody is that stupid.
The defenders will watch the ball. When they see that the Quarterback dosen't have the ball, they will try and look for the RB who accepted the fake handoff. Then will start look around at the other 9 players, begining with the ends and then the tight end. Linemen will be last in their progression. And by that time, the center will be spiking the ball in the end zone.
