the biggest question is the definition of an "employee." If an athlete is an employee then there needs to be an equitable salary schedule or law suits galore will happen. So, create a salary schedule and pay all athletes the same based on years of employment then let the donors take care of the rest through NIL deals. So, Egor gets $50k as an employee. So, does Gibb. Then let the rich donors throw $3 million at him and $100k at Gibb. In the end, the best revenue building athletes will get their money.
