Seems to me BYU NIL has been mostly used up for hoops.
At least in terms of getting the best portal players. My assumption is BYU NIL is not big enough to land a huge portal transfer since we already have large $$$ set aside for Egor/Richie/Dybantsa/Keba/Staton
