I have had similar discussion insurance people. Bigger car wins. I think

your guy was limiting it to isolated rollovers. Sports cars have lower center of gravity than mini vans. Sports cars are not safter to drive than mini vans and mini vans are not safter to driver than large SUVS. That is crazy to argue otherwise. If a large truck and sports car get in a collision it is obvious.
