With him. That opinion is a red flag.
The only time people in Denver don't know how to drive in the snow is in the fall, when the first snow falls and people are out of practice with snow driving.
It will take him time to get home because everyone will be slowing down for conditions. He sounds like the kind of guy to drive 80mph on the freeway in the snow because he has 4 wheel drive.
