The other ones I've seen are meh to total creep.

Beauty and the Beast was so poorly cast, it's laughable. The guy who played Gaston is about the same size as Belle. Emma Watson as Bell was also a huge miss.

The Lion King was a commercial success but a vapid, soulless attempt at a "live action" remake.

haven't seen any of the others. They are all just naked money grabs with little in the way of creativity.

It would be nice if Disney went back and hired people that actually had talent instead of whoever it is they have there now.
