It's like any job - there's politics, good / bad mangers, long days, etc. I've been told. The pay is probably above average starting (they just raised the base, minimum hourly pay for everyone I was told). They have the same kind of benefits as any other major retailer / corp plus you get a free membership and can give free memberships to 3 family members. If you work 30 (or 40 hours?) on average a week for I think 5 years, then you are eligible for their bonus. The bonus is something like $5k net a year, paid in two or three installments. One of my bro-in-laws has worked with them for 10+ years.
If you're wanting to get paid fairly well by the hour and not having a crazy schedule, then they're a solid gig. The company is solid so jobs are secure. To get fired my family members have said you basically have to no-show, call-in sick too many times, show up late too many times, etc. If you show up, do your job, and don't cause problems they'll keep you on.
