Yes he could be wrong and he could be drafted at #20.
Kevin O'Connor is an industry leader. He knows what he is doing. He doesn't just put guys at #32 or anywhere willy nilly.
Things will change in the lead up to the draft, but based on this if you are Richie you are entering your name in the draft and going through the process. If you continue to get feedback you will be drafted around #32 then you are staying in the draft (imo).
