American Heritage and Beginning ASL were my easiest. I don't understand people's
Struggle with American Heritage... Unless of course they didn't grow up in America. Otherwise it was a light summary of basic US history, then everything else was just asking "how does this work in America...where I have lived my entire life..."

ASL was only easy because, while I wasn't an ASL missionary, I shared an apartment with the ASL elders and one of them was deaf. I had to learn some just to communicate. I was helping interpret toward the end of my time in that area. I didn't qualify to try to test out because I hadn't served an ASL mission or anything... But honestly I could have.
