If we contacted Kelley, it's to come off the bench. He won't start here.
Hall is probably better than Kelley, but Hall may not be willing to return to the backup role he played this year. So Kelley is likely a backup plan for Hall, if he chooses to try and find a starting role somewhere else.

Pretty underwhelming tbh. 6’5”. Mainly a backup PG. Averaged 4.4 ppg and 2 assists. Shooting splits 38/32/65.
