She is leaving for a mission after Winter semester so selling summer portion of her contract.

Private rooms with four girls in the apartment, sharing 2 bathrooms. One other roommate is leaving on a mission so 2 remaining roommates are a freshman and a sophomore. Apartment is just south of BYU’s campus.

Roommates are clean and kind. Ward and complex are very social. Daughter has loved it and great place to meet people for someone new. (My daughter was a freshman on BYU Flex so Provo was new to her)

Rent is $675 per month but will pay someone $800 to take over the contract, which makes rent $475 per month for May to August.
