Migraines cause sensory changes outside of a headache. When I have one I lose my
depth perception, my hands and face go numb, and I become nauseous. It differs for everyone but there will be more things than just a headache.

Migraines do a couple things very differently than other headaches for me

I get a visual "aura" which for me is blurred vision prior to the migraine, light sensitivity, and my head hurts on one
