We use Google Flights almost exclusively to check ticket prices.

No, with the only exception if I'm using a CC travel portal to book with their points

Same. I book direct unless I'm using CC points. In my case, my CC company uses Expedia to do their bookings.

No for flights but have never had an issue using hotels.com for hotels.
