He loved it.. but I should point out he was hired because he's 6'5" and a college athlete. The other refs/umps kept getting chased off by the parents, so the leagues had to pay more to get 'muscle' to control the parents.

So if you think having parents getting in your face, yelling obscenities, and actually taking a swing at you is fun.. I say do it!

He has a Nevada 'Guard Card' so he could work security in Vegas during the summer.. but he liked working AAU because he saw more action 🙂
