Question from an airport lounge newbie.

I just got the AMEX business platinum card and I'm looking through some the cardholder benefits, but I'm confused about the centurion lounge access.

With just the card, do I only have access for myself? Or does it include immediate family members as well? On some of the terms pages, it says immediate family members can enter with me, while on others it doesn't mention immediate family.

Once I spend $75,000 in a calendar year, does that just allow me to bring 2 complimentary guests in with me? The $75,000 spend requirement doesn't make any difference to benefits that I can get myself, correct?
