Can't really takeaway all too much from that game other than we lost the gamble on Bama and paid very hard for it. Team did really well in the paint which is impressive. Can't overcome the combination of just a poor defense performance and what I imagine what watching Jimmer was like for opposing teams (showing my lack of age there).
It doesn't take away with how successful this season was, but man I can't really focus on that right now. Still feeling kinda gutted.
But at the end of the day, making our first Sweet Sixteen since 2011 is incredible, winning tournament games is hard, and the future looks incredibly bright. This has gotta be one one of if not the best combined year of major BYU sports ever. And it's looking like it may just be the beginning.
