It's because they didn't have rights. Was streaming on varsity app.

They have no choice. NCAA controls streaming and content. No choice at all!!

It stated it wouldn't be available on the app. People asked earlier and we're pointed to the Varsity Network app,

You can still stream it, you just have to use The Varsity Network website or app

I was using a FM radio app on my phone but it only works for local stations.
