since before the pandemic.
It’s a fixed menu with a single price to enter (currently $195 per person plus tip plus beverages). There is one seating per day and takes all evening. It’s called The Kitchen because they prepare the food right in front of you and it’s interactive. They talk about what they are doing and where they got the ingredients. And it’s all open for you to walk around in and interact with the staff as they work. They even let you sample stuff (one time I walked by a guy making a big thing of whipped cream for the dessert and he pulls out a spoon and tells me to try the cream). Each of the staff also makes their own appetizers that they serve during an “intermission” that are really fun.
If you really like something, you can just ask for more. If you don’t like something, they will ask if there is something you would rather have and then they do their best to make it. One time I was there and a guy near us said “you know, what I really want is a burger” and they made him what looked like a phenomenal burger.
Every time I’ve been there, it was for work and somebody else was paying.
