Check your voicemail. They are calling all purchasers who were inexplicably given more tickets than they ordered and requesting they transfer the excess ones back to them. We got 5 extra (!) and have now sent them back.

I presume they will then try to get those tickets out to all of you who were shorted. But it will depend on people noticing the extras and getting them back to BYU. I don’t think they can claw them back themselves (and that would introduce all new problems).

So spread the word to 1) check your tickets to see if you got the right amount and 2) if not, reach out to BYU to make it right.

It would suck for people who bought tickets and likely traveled in for the game to be missing their tickets.
