game work. Jimmer needed talented guys around him willing to subordinate their own considerable offensive games to enable Jimmer's massive usage, i.e Jimmer took 38.1% of BYU shots on the season, which was #1 in the Nation.
Richie is not wired the same as Ainge of Jimmer. He's born to be more of a team guy, absolutely not a singled out superstar.
