I work at a company that uses AI to automate business processes. Not all models are the same, and these models evolve over time as well. When it comes to AI providers, there's no one best solution; however, there are "better" solutions for different things.

By the way, my company's automation efforts are not turning things over to AI, but employing AI tools where it makes sense. We've built some processes that actually provide really good results that are pretty deterministic in what we're trying to do. It's cool to see.
