"beetdigger" cougar logo on top of their school's letters (though, if I recall correctly, "their" big cat is a panther).

I know there was an article about it posted on CB a few years back, but it's tickling my brain that the article explained that for whatever reason, when BYU went with that logo, they chose not to trademark it, and this random school somewhere used it.

Is that the reason this dude can get away with making the beetdigger cougar logo without the letters?
