Mad Max to write it, definitely felt similar to Project Hail Mary. Also without your parents you should check out Dungeon Crawler Carl, the audiobook is the best I’ve ever heard and the story is super fun, after a month im already on book 4. My wife who doesn’t even like sci fi or fantasy is on the last book after only two months or so
