Costochondral separation? Anyone here had one of these? Miserable. Every cough

Feels like being stabbed. Just standing or sitting it isn’t terrible. But the wrong movement, cough, sneeze, or laugh and it hurts pretty bad.

Good luck. It took me 2 to 3 weeks before figuring out how to flex in a way to cushion the pain from being so bad.
