Should teams be allowed to decline free throws and just inbound the ball
Instead?
This would limit fouls at the end of the game but also if you foul a bad free throw shooter when it's 1 and 1.

Something needs to be done to discourage fouling at the end of a close game. Maybe make FT worth 2 points the last 2 min

I'm in the minority, but I think 1-and-1s are a great part of the game.

1 and 1s would stay you just have the choice if want a "free" shot or not

Fouls at the end of the game are a great strategy and important part of the game
