Yes, but BYU has one unique advantage - KY chose BYU over the NBA because of BYU's uniqueness (church, family-fit, etc.)
Other universities don't necessarily have the same unique ability to attract the perfect fit guy. Most coaches - if they have the opportunity - will choose the NBA over college.
