1. How did Lumon know about the original crib moment in Mark and Gemma's life?

- There's various ways that Lumon could've known about it. They could've spied on them or perhaps Gemma went to a therapist on Lumon's payroll. I think that Lumon probably owned the university that Mark and Gemma worked at.

2. What did the creepy doctor mean by yelling "You'll kill them all!" as he ran towards the elevator. I assume it's Gemma's 25 innies?

- That was my interpretation of what he meant by it.

3. Did someone have to "complete a file" for the innies we know about?

- It seems like the severance process creates the first Innie. My theory is that Lumon / MDR makes a copy of the original Innie and then starts building a new Innie and the new Innie is complete when the file hits 100%.

4. What is Jame's ultimate goal? Finding a new Keir? Seems Lumon has this cult worship mentality when it comes to Keir. Jame says in the S1 finale "they'll all be Keir's children." I think Lumon believes that they can rid the world of pain as well as help the world be better through the Severance process.

5. Will Burt and Irving be in season 3? Have to imagine that Irving will be revisited but I have my doubts about Burt.
