I travel often and when I travel to LA, there is a specific hotel I stay at because they serve and incredible breakfast with the just perfectly fried tater tots I have ever eaten. It’s a delicacy.

Tater tots that are baked are trash. They must be fried. If they are over fried and too hard and hollow in the middle, they are equally as terrible as baked.
