Being top caliber and being able to act autonomously from the NCAA are 2 different things. The "power" combined with "autonomy" only applies to 4 conferences now.

I gave my explanation on why they were grouped the way they were and I did not exclude from reporting on the others including one of the top BB conf in the Big East.
