Two years as associate HC at East Carolina w/ 20-41 record. That despite the #10 recruiting class in the nation.
Then back to be a high school coach before spending this last season as a scout for the Grizzlies.
One year with UCONN and they had the #22 recruiting class - and as the associate head coach UCONN went 14-18 that year.
