Been trying to take my skiing to another level and I have improved a lot the last couple years. I feel like my overall leg strength and endurance is holding me back. I can ski hard for a while but then I just get too tired to keep pushing it. What’s the key to being able to just rip all day? Any specific workout regimens or is it just skiing everyday? I’ve decided I’m going to spend the off season working out my legs to try to have a better season next year.
