I had a similar experience. Suddenly everything was blurry – especially while driving. I went in and got tested. Still had great eyesight. The doctor says that after you hit 35 your eyes choose to rest. He says that sometimes you have to 'manually focus'.

When things get blurry, I make a point to focus and it works.
