TIL: Age of empires 2-3 used BYU for the languages
For Age II and Age III we sourced the real language for pretty much every civ for the sounds for the villagers & warriors. Some we could not, and had to use substitutes - no one seems to know what the Huns spoke for instance. (I am not sure, but we might have had them speak… pic.twitter.com/GWsL5XjHwP
